Spanish cooking is not complicated, it just relies on fresh, good quality ingredients. All you need to add is a bit of your time and spice it with your passion for food.
Although I am not a professional chef, I enjoy cooking both traditional and modern Spanish dishes. Coming from the north of Spain, where food is almost a religion, I learnt from an early age about the importance of food.
My specialty are dishes from the north, including "pintxos" - canape like bites of food that we normally eat standing at a bar, but also cook most dishes from any other region. From the humble "tortilla de patata" to the more sophisticated seafood paella, I can help you cook a delicious meal in no time.
